Is Similac Sensitive and Gerber Gentle the same?

Similac Sensitive is for babies with lactose sensitivity, and I believe it’s soy based (not sure if wholly or partially). Gerber Soothe is milk-based. From what I understand after looking into this, the Similac Sensitive breaks down the proteins a little more so it’s easier for baby to digest.
