What is Taking Cara Babies? Taking Cara Babies is a program/course to help parents lay a healthy sleep foundation for their new baby. This program teaches you how to calm a fussy baby, read a baby’s cues, and set days and nights up for success! Cara gives moms and dads the tools to enjoy the newborn stage.

The ABC’s of Sleep is an online class to help get your baby sleeping through the night. It’s a 14 night plan to 10-12 hour nights in the crib. It will cover bedtime, night wakings, night weaning, early morning wakings, and naps through the first two years of life.

This class involves NO CRYING, is breastfeeding friendly, and is developmentally appropriate for babies from birth to 12 weeks of age.
