Which is faster C63 or c63s?
The C63 S packs the same 4.0L biturbo V8 as the standard C63, tuned to make 510 HP, 34 HP more than the C63’s 476 HP. The C63 S with its 3.8 second 0–60 time, surprisingly, is 0.2 seconds slower to 60 MPH than the non-S C63, which can make the run in only 3.6 seconds.
How fast is a C63?
Both engines use a nine-speed automatic with rear-wheel drive. Top speed is electronically limited to 155 mph on the regular C63 and 180 mph on the S. In our testing, the C63 S went from zero to 60 mph in 3.7 seconds and ripped through the quarter-mile in 11.9 seconds at 122 mph; we haven’t tested a C63.
