Romanoff has been the worst experience. I was scheduled for 3 days to get every inch of my house floored with LVP. They showed up and removed the previous Laminate and rugs and laid about 100sq for (less than 10% of the house) and never came back. They claimed my upstairs had too much moisture and too much humidity. Which is a lie as it’s bone dry.
