How much does it cost to ride the North Pole Express?
$1000 – Your own private North Pole Express First-Class experience including elves, cocoa chef, cookies, Santa, and all the fun. Capacity is up to 12 people. With historic train equipment, we have to occasionally take cars out of service unexpectedly for maintenance or repairs.
What is the best way to get to the Heber Valley?
The canyons (Provo and Parley’s) in route to the Heber Valley often have traffic and weather slowdowns. Allow extra time to arrive. We suggest arriving at the depot no later than 30 minutes prior to your departure time. If you are late and miss your train, it is unlikely that we can put you on a later train as all trains are usually sold out.
