What is FPFF training?

Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting (FPFF) course is one of the four basic familiarization courses ,which a prospective seafarer must do before proceeding to the sea. The present course fully covers the syllabus as prescribed in IMO model course on Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting and meets the STCW 95 requirements.

There is no need for refresher training if the subject training was undertaken within the past five years.
