DECATUR, Ill. (WICS/WRSP) — A Decatur tradition is coming to an end this year, as the Decatur Celebration street festival will be canceled indefinitely after 34 years. Decatur Celebration, Inc. filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy due to the pandemic.
