You can’t serve in the Regiment and NOT be Airborne Qualified. You can attend the Ranger School as a leg. But you MUST sign a Volunteer Statement to attend Airborne School if you are sent. You do not Volunteer for Airborne Duty you cannot attend Ranger School.
