Glerups are made of 100% pure wool and wool is self-cleaning. However, if periodic cleaning is required, your Glerups can be washed in the washing machine on the “wool”, “hand wash” or “delicate” program (max 30 degrees Celsius). It helps to vacuum your shoes clean of dust before washing.

Your glerups usually shed within the first 3-4 weeks of wear giving you a long-lasting comfortable feel for years to come. This is normal due to the natural treatment of our wool. Simply pluck the shedding fibers off and discard as desired.
