I did catch a 47cm bream at Crescent Head one year, no photos,no proof. but it was BIG and could stand on it’s stomach in the surf. It took a little while to realise it was just ‘another bream’. Col Joye (the singer) caught a biggun too! 4.2 kg in Fitzroy River CQ. Have photo but can’t post it.
